1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Soarify LLC ("Soarify", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://soarify.io website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By entering your phone number and submitting a form on our Site (via webform checkbox opt-in), you consent to receive text messages from Soarify at the number provided.
Program Description: We send text messages to provide appointment reminders for strategy calls, updates regarding your account or projects, and occasional marketing updates regarding new services or offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile provider for details.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. Soarify LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service.
